医学成像新技术、多模态医学成像的图像与信息融合、大数据病例的挖掘,是实现临床精准医疗的重要工程基础。针对复杂先天性心脏病手术过程中解剖结构辨识困难、缺乏术中实时决策支持和手术效果早期评估等临床难题,基于先进的2D-3D影像配准及血管路径的智能规划算法,借助前沿的血流动力学理论及机器学习方法,配合治疗计划与术中导航,搭建先天性心脏病手术的智能辅助平台。研究组已经开发出多功能三维影像处理与显示系统,研究工作得到国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目的资助。
Precision Medicine relies on advent medical imaging technique, fusion of multi-modality medical imaging and information, and large-scale data mining on medical cases. Our research group focuses on challenging problems in surgical navigation in congenital heart disease, such as identifying hearts’ anatomical structure, real-time decision support in surgery and early assessment of surgical effect. We aim to establish an intelligent auxiliary platform for complex congenital heart disease, adopting advanced 2D to 3D image registration algorithms and intelligent vasculopath planning algorithms, our research team has hemodynamic theories and machine learning methods, as well as the facilitation of treatment plan and intraoperative navigation. At present, we have developed a multi-functional 3D image processing and display system. Our research work is supported by joint fund key projects from Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
